Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

Make room for your truth. Live from your values.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an approach that helps you stop fighting your thoughts and start living your life. Instead of trying to eliminate uncomfortable emotions, ACT invites you to build a life that aligns with what really matters to you—even in the presence of pain.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck between who they are and who the world expects them to be. ACT helps us explore that space with curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll work to identify the beliefs that are keeping you stuck, get clear on your values, and take meaningful steps forward—even when it’s hard.

We’ll use ACT tools—including the Valued Living Questionnaire, mindfulness practices, and cognitive defusion techniques—to help you respond to life with more flexibility and intention. You don’t need to be “fixed.” You need support reconnecting to who you are and what matters most.

ACT is especially helpful for

  • High-achieving professionals navigating burnout, people-pleasing, or imposter syndrome

  • Individuals struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, or avoidance

  • Clients experiencing grief, life transitions, or identity shifts

  • Anyone craving more purpose, authenticity, and peace

Let’s get you unstuck.
