Inclusive Therapy
A therapy space where all of you is welcome
— your identities, your values, your questions, and your truth.
Inclusive, anti-oppressive practice means creating a therapeutic space where all parts of who you are is welcome, not just tolerated. It recognizes how systems like racism, sexism, ableism, and queerphobia shape our lived experiences. I refuse to pathologize the ways you’ve learned to survive. Using this approach, therapy is about unlearning harmful narratives and reclaiming your voice as an act of resistance against the messages you receive from the world.
Inclusive Therapy For Everyone
Even those who don’t hold marginalized identities are impacted by a world that tells us we aren’t inherently enough. Inclusive therapy challenges the idea that we have to earn our worth, affirms our inherent value, and invites us to recognize the inherent value in others.
This approach is significant if:
you have ever felt misunderstood, judged, or overlooked
you are exploring who you are—your identity, purpose, relationships, or beliefs
you struggle with body image
you are healing from harmful systems or expectations around race, gender, disability, neurodivergence, faith, or family
you want therapy that honors complexity and doesn’t assume there’s one “right” way to be
you care about how your choices and values connect with communities beyond your own
If you’re looking for therapy that’s both affirming and real
