Solution-focused therapy doesn’t mean we ignore the hard stuff — it means we look at what’s already working and build on it. Instead of digging endlessly into your past, we’ll focus on your strengths, values, and hopes. You’ll leave sessions with concrete next steps, helpful tools, and a renewed sense of direction.

Many of my clients find that 4–6 sessions of solution-focused therapy provide the clarity and momentum they’ve been craving.
