A: I am a private-pay therapist and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

I use a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and short-term goal-oriented techniques to help you break free from negative patterns and align your life with your values.

A: Most ongoing sessions are 50 minutes, while intake sessions last 80 minutes. The frequency of sessions depends on your needs and goals, which we’ll discuss during your intake session. Many clients start with weekly sessions and adjust over time.

A: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy designed to help you process past experiences and negative beliefs that may be holding you back. It’s especially effective for addressing perfectionism, trauma, and self-doubt. I also offer EMDR intensives for clients looking for focused, accelerated results.
