Some clients come to therapy unsure how to describe what they’ve experienced. Perhaps your partner never physically hit you, but something about the way they treated you felt off. You were left feeling like your voice didn’t matter, your emotions were dismissed, or you were constantly made to question your worth. Often, these are relationships shaped by anti-woman ideologies that reduce women to roles, strip away autonomy, and leave deep emotional wounds.
I want to help you name what happened, reconnect with your inner voice, and rebuild the self-trust your relationship has tried to erase.

I show up with intention, ask thoughtful questions, and hold space for both reflection and accountability. Whether you're untangling your people-pleasing patterns, unpacking old beliefs, or learning to trust yourself again — I’ll help you develop strategies for shaping the life you desire.
I blend clinical tools with a relational, affirming style that respects the complexities of your life. Some of the main methods I use include:
