Therapy is a partnership, and our sessions are a safe space for you to explore, heal, and grow. The modalities I use most often are ACT and short-term solution focused therapy. All therapy services are offered both virtually and in person. Here’s what you can expect as we work together.

  • Our work begins with a consultation—this free, 15-minute virtual meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore any questions you might have.

  • In the first few sessions, we’ll dive deeper into your story and explore the values, experiences, and goals that matter most to you. This is a time for us to build a trusting connection and set the direction for our work together. We’ll identify areas you’d like to focus on, whether that’s navigating life transitions, working through past challenges, or simply finding more peace and purpose. These sessions allow us create a roadmap that will guide your therapeutic journey.

  • As we continue, our sessions will focus on addressing the patterns or obstacles that may be holding you back and practicing strategies to create lasting, meaningful change. We’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, whether that means using techniques like EMDR to process past experiences, practicing mindfulness, or exploring ways to handle life’s challenges with greater resilience. This is where real growth takes shape, and I’m here to support you as we work toward a life filled with greater joy, purpose, and fulfillment.

  • Our goal is not for you to be in therapy forever, but to support you in developing tools and strategies to carry forward independently. As our work together progresses, we’ll focus on empowering you to maintain and continue your growth outside of sessions. When the time feels right, we’ll create a plan for discharge, ensuring you feel equipped to manage life’s challenges with confidence. If you ever feel the need for extra support, ongoing maintenance sessions are available to help you stay aligned with your path and goals.
