Therapy for Women Reclaiming Their Voice, Identity, and Power

What We Can Focus On in Therapy

Therapy with me is grounded in real life. I enjoy supporting women who are navigating identity, relationships, and the pressure to hold it all together. Some of the most common areas I support clients through include:

    • Setting boundaries with family, partners, or at work

    • Letting go of people-pleasing and perfectionism

    • Rebuilding confidence and self-trust

    • Exploring self-worth and reclaiming your voice

    • Developing assertive communication skills

    • Coping with emotionally distant or unsupportive partners

    • Divorce, separation, or relationship uncertainty

    • Motherhood identity shifts or overwhelm

    • Dating and self-advocacy in relationships

    • Grieving the life you thought you’d have

    • Untangling from partners who held misogynistic or patriarchal beliefs

    • Processing trauma and painful past experiences

    • Working through anxiety, overthinking, and chronic stress

    • Healing from childhood wounds and family dynamics

    • Reconnecting to your values and inner peace

    • Releasing shame, guilt, or internalized expectations

Some clients come to therapy unsure how to describe what they’ve experienced. Perhaps your partner never physically hit you, but something about the way they treated you felt off. You were left feeling like your voice didn’t matter, your emotions were dismissed, or you were constantly made to question your worth. Often, these are relationships shaped by anti-woman ideologies that reduce women to roles, strip away autonomy, and leave deep emotional wounds.

I want to help you name what happened, reconnect with your inner voice, and rebuild the self-trust your relationship has tried to erase.

If any of these feel familiar, you’re not alone.

How I Practice

Therapy with me is a balance of warmth, honesty, and action. I’m not the kind of therapist who only nods and asks how that makes you feel. I show up with intention, ask thoughtful questions, and hold space for both reflection and accountability. Whether you're untangling your people-pleasing patterns, unpacking old beliefs, or learning to trust yourself again — I’ll help you develop strategies for shaping the life you desire.

I blend clinical tools with a relational, affirming style that respects the complexities of your life. Some of the main methods I use include:

Therapy with me is collaborative and adaptable. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care.
